I have been trading only on one…

I have been trading only in one currency;. If I have more time, I would trade in more different products. I think Saxobank is successful in this business. However there are some missing points. I have complained several times about the swap point verbally or written but it doesn’t change the results. On the other hands it takes a lot of time to receive a reaction to your argument. Information is available for clients from different sources. Out of market swap points are demotivated. If Saxobank’s trader are not able to find swap points at market level, I think they need to work on this point. They need to reconsider some points. For example financial institutions relations.
Besides, the format of the page is not sufficient. Why is it not possible to see dxy for example . You do not need to trade everything you can watch.

Kafkaesqe Bank

It is the worst bank I have to deal with in decades, something I have never experienced at other banks like ING, Rabo and ASN, even when there were issues, I could resolved them with the customer services of those banks. But at Saxo bank the customer service cut me off every time I asked for a solution. It took me days before finaly got 1 person who gave me a clear answere, but still no solution... if you ever want to experience what is like to be K in The Trial, Saxo is the one for you.

Dear JD,

I am very sorry to read about your experience, and the impression it has left you of Saxo. It is certainly nowhere near the standard that is set.

I don't see any outstanding issues at this stage, but please know that we are at your disposal next time you should need assistance, at which stage I hope we can demonstrate to you our commitment to a smooth service experience.

Kind Regards,
Elena

Very poor service - untrustworthy

Very poor service, have been trying to get my account closed and positions transferred since November last year. Non-stop runarounds, lame excuses ("it's the other bank" - after me having just received a phone call from the case manager of that other bank) and downright lies at the customer services ("let me walk over to my colleagues to sort this out right away" - right in the middle of a covid lockdown, sure-sure, you go walk over to your colleagues) without any action taken whatsoever. Well, one action they do take with abandon, charging their subscription fees, that seems to be done without a hitch with this lot.

I have by now filed a formal complaint with the regulatory authorities. They tell me, if the situation has not changed within six weeks from now they'll open up a case and start an investigation. My bet, if they look into it, quite the mess under the hood of this used car. If they can't even execute something this routine as transferring positions and closing an account properly: seems to me a clear case of improper protocols, bad management and a lack of sound, functional ICT-capability. Stay away from Saxo bank, is my advise.

Catastrophic.

Catastrophic.
My Binck account was transferred to the Saxo platform. After spending 35 hours(!) on the phone and using their online ticket system over the past month, I still cannot log in. Worse, no help is available. Spend an hour on the phone waiting for a service agent, they can't do anything and have never even followed up. My account is locked up and I don't know what to do.
