Fabian helped me to solve multiple issues with my account. He was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel valued. On top of all of that he followed up on all my requests which required working with other internal teams in Saxo. He kept me in the loop as it progressed and let me know when it was resolved. Unfortunately, some of the emails were sent to my junk mail and incredibly, he took the time to call me after learning that I called to inquire to let me know that he completed my requests and how to view the changes. Incredible!
I work in an industry where I too support customer's and I hope to emulate the kind of service, follow up and attention to detail that Fabian demonstrated. A huge thank you to Fabian which makes me confident in continuing to invest with Saxo.

Right now to get these information, I 've to logged in web or app and it make users feel more steps to work it out. Prefer to have option to send email to customer also.

They call to make sure that you received the information they said they would send via email. It's actually a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service these days. After covid it just felt like every other company shut down their customer service lines to avoid helping customers. Glad it wasn't the case this time.

I called customer service and talked to Kara. My funds from TT was still not credited to my account after a week. Karan contacted the cash team and sorted out the issue as I told him the amount was huge. He got back to me within the hour on what additional info was needed and called me again to see if everything was sorted out and assured me that such issues will not happen in the future as Saxo now has the record from the sending bank. Thanks Karan for your kind assistance

All my issues have been resolved once Arpit got involved
Currently I have no issues
The problem was my original message was not acknowledged for 4 days, then no response for a further 5 days, I then called the service center
Than Arpit got involved and within days the issues were resolved
Its critically that your back office supports the Service Center quickly, without that these issues will continue
