I ordered a rug on the 26th of January 2026 and still haven’t received it as of April 2026. Surprisingly, the website mentions that the delivery is shipped in the week of the purchase, which was obviously not the case. I tried to contact them and they don’t seem open to discussions. I would like to mention that this issue is not in any way specific to myself, I have seen many people complaining on social medias about unresponsive deliveries.
Quality is terrible. Rug arrived with chunks of fabric missing due to no stitching around the edges. Definitely not worth it for what you pay. Also ships from China not New Zealand as others have thought.
Really fast shipping considering it’s coming from New Zealand, but the rug left much to be desired. The quality was mediocre at best and there are a few loose ends around the edge and there is no stitching around the edge in order to stop fraying.
