Repeated problems, poor service
I place an order for a shelf, aiming to have it arrive before the new year. On the day of planned delivery, delivery company contacts me "Sorry, the article is damaged beyond repair, nothing to be done." It was indeed broken, glass in pieces, quite bad damage. OK these things happen. I ask for a re-shipment of a new package and am told... 12 weeks! That is 3x the amount of time for the original order.
I tell them this is not acceptable and I want to have the order arrive earlier. They manage to get it to me in "just" 7 weeks (so, now it's "only" 11 weeks from my initial order).
Except... the transporter tells me the "build service" I had paid for (129 CHF) is not included! So, now I am left with a whole bunch of cardboard boxes in my living room I don't know what to do with.
When I contact Home24, they offer me... 62 CHF off on my next order. How is this acceptable? I pay 129 CHF for a service I DO NOT GET, and the company offers me a 62 CHF coupon in exchange "for my next order".
Needless to say there will be no next order.
