Customer service is none existence.
Iv not received my item after weeks iv messaged them twice sent emails twice....not a peep from them.
Absolute shambles. I feel like they have stolen from me, quite sickening really.
Will never ever use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone

I ordered 2 X 5lts of Spear and Jackson…
I ordered 2 X 5lts of Spear and Jackson and a Spear and Jackson sprayer. The solution arrived but a JCB sprayer was included instead. I tried several times to email your company and no answer. I then tried Spear and Jackson direct who DID reply to say you didn't have stock so sent alternative. This is not what I requested and not what you advertised. Clearly you don't wish to communicate with me so I have ordered the correct product from a more reliable source. Customers please be aware of this practice.
