Quick delivery, Excellent price and the product seems great. I have only started using it today (it only arrived today). Washing and waxing a motor home. Big job, but this product is cleaning and finishing really well. I will see how it repels water the next time it rains

Excellent, this is the first time I have used this company but I have been very impressed. Very easy website to use, delivery was so quick and prices great.

Great products at truly bargain prices. Always worth a web search before using other well known sites which don't always offer value for money.

Ordered Patio cleaner which has yet to arrive. Tracking provided is not recogcised by Hermes. E Mails sent with no response. I will be looking somehow for a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I have now received a reply and the goods were lost in transit. The order is now coming in the next couple of days.... Prevous review.
Do not use this company. I ordered patio cleaner weeks ago. I have sent three emails and have not received an answer. Terrible customer service. Be aware!!!!!!

Not delivery info received despite two (unanswered) emails sent.
One product of three eventually received with no paperwork.
Sent another email a week ago...no reply, of course.

My first order was missing one item, I emailed them and got no response.
I stupidly made another order as they carry good products and this time 3 items were missing.
I emailed again asking about my first and second orders and have had no response.

I have messaged them via their contact form on their website and still haven't had a response.

In general the cleaning done as well as could be expected, however some of the was still on the walls and cobwebs round light fittings.

The worst service I have encountered. Zero for Delivery. Zero for contact.
My parcel still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. I have sent 3 emails and had 1 reply. My last email requesting an update was 5 days ago and I still haven't received either a reply or a delivery. Ironically though I have received 2 requests for feedback via Trust Pilot

Goods delivery on time, however, bottle slightly damage which cause leaking but not serious indeed.

Tracking number was given could not track it as would needed to be in toget parcel. Did e.mail company no reply. Parcel did turn up in end.

I still haven't received my items ordered them a week ago now

Sprayed on weeds next Day they were all dead fastest weed killer have ever used and cheaper than same product on QVC

I have not used the weed-killer yet as it is too windy - There was a delay in the collection of the package from the suppler but I presume this was due to the pretty universal delays in transport all operators are suffering from.
Well packed & the instructions are the best I have seen on a product for domestic use

Arrived quickly but wrong item sent despite several emails and no response back from customer service , so take a risk ?
