Scam!!!! Be careful.

Still wanting for my money this ridiculous horrible business /company

Customer Service was dispicable!
Stated stock was available but obviously was not … for some time.
It’s a pity they can’t just be honest.

We ordered a mattress which took way too long to be delivered. I eventually had to call to see the status of my order. I was told it would be fast tracked and that a tracking number would be sent soon. I waited and waited. Weeks later, I eventually called to cancel the order. I spoke to someone from the Philippines who said the cancellation will be actioned. Again, I didn't hear back. I also communicated via the online help chat. No response. Communication was not that great. I eventually received the order, but I really was over the whole experience by that time. I wanted it cancelled but it was delivered anyway. I was also given very short notice regarding the deilvery date.

Never received my cat tree that I ordered. The scam is easy - they never send the product, then you send around 5 emails, then they tell you that they will refund you your money - and then they never do and never reply to another email...
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

I never received my item and they have not replied to 4 separate emails.

Great product. Reasonable delivery time. Good price.

A very long wait, communication dropped off, refund never happened and my purchase was never received. I will never purchase through home appliances again.
It is now 12/06/23 and nothing has been received. Months have past trying to contact homeappliancesplus, all to no avail. No refund, no product and have written my money off.

Never got item never refunded kept getting the run around

I ordered and paid for my appliance, I waited and waited and….waited!! I contacted you and was told the price was wrong and I needed to pay a further $580 Which I said NO and then said they would send me a refund that was back in April ….still waiting, I email but get no reply!!

My order from 13 April 2022 never arrived. 4 dining chairs. It was put on priority. No such luck. Waste of money. No response now. Disgusting. Bought other chairs, arrived 2day from order last week. Cut your losses, stay away from this company. Pathetic ... Michelle

I've sent many emails to them regarding an issue with the rangehood I bought from them. No resolution for a few month although they keep telling me they'll come back with a solution. Very poor service. Highly recommend against buying any product from this company!!!!

I purchased toolbox 5th May and still haven’t received it asked for refund no reply just been ripped off people like this should be accountable to the law

Company unable to supply order, no communication on delivery or delay. Eventually managed to get a refund after many attempts to contact them. The customer service is terrible. I won’t use this company again.

Have not received any thing. I have asked for a refund but still nothing. I'm not happy.

I do not trust this company, I ordered and paid for an item on 2nd April 2022, then received a confirmation email of the order. Item has never been received and refund has never been returned to me. No response to emails for enquires and phone calls not answered.
Still have not received item or refund as at 25-7-22.
Can't believe there stupid enough to ask for review or feedback.

This is the worst company to buy from. They happily take your money but never send your goods. After numerous messages asking for a refund and then ignoring my further communications the vase was referred to ANZ fraud division and was told they are already under investigation for numerous other cases.
