Don't buy anything. You will be ripped off. If you have bought something then please contact your bank asap and see if they can help get your money back. I eventually got my money back but it took from May 2022 until August 2022 to get it. Don't think I would have ever seen it if it wasn't for my bank chasing it. I can't believe that the authorities haven't shut these scammers down. If there is a lesson for everybody it is please look at reviews before placing your order. Good luck to everyone waiting for an order or refund I hope you get it.

THIEVING COMPANY
Do not purchase from this company. In April this year i made a purchase from this company and the item has never been delivered. They keep saying that the item is on back order. I have requested a refund but no response.
So what do i do now??

I still have NOT received what I purchased so I'm not Impressed at all.

I ordered a product from them 3 months ago and I never received and tracking details.
I followed up 1 month after purchase and I got a long winded unprofessional response.
I waited another month and then requested a refund, I have since requested a refund again with no response. Their chat function on their website is useless and I don't think I am every going to see my order or money again.

Is their any chance we will get our money back. Just not fair

Everything went well from order acknowledgement through tracking and pickup. Very satisfied.

Terrible customer service.
Tried numerous ways and times to cancel/refund the order with zero response ie phone, email, website refund page broken.
Would never recommend or purchase from this company ever again

No product, no refund? I complained to the Brisbane Office of Fair Trading. They and OFT offices in different States, including Consumer Affairs Victoria, have been working with Home Appliances Plus to clean up their act. OFT Brisbane have advise me that if I have not received the refund for non-delivery of a product, then I am send another email to Home Appliances Plus at "refunds at homeappliancesplus dot com dot au" asking for a refund and providing proof of payment. OFT say to give them 18 working days, and if no refund or product is received then send an email to them at "Brisbane dot OFT at justice dot qld dot gov dot au" (as I am in Brisbane) and the matter will be escalated. I would urge other customers in the same position to do the same but contact the OFT in your State.

Haven't received my order after several months. I got an email saying that there was a glitch in the system and the item I ordered was out of stock. Have not heard from them since. Have tried countless times through different ways to contact them but have not been able to get a hold of anyone.

Horrible. Sink was delivered damaged after waiting over two months. I'm still trying to get a response, a phone call or an email about a refund. I've tried completing the refund form as per their website, and it says the form doesn't exist.

Only email I have received is to say they have received my order & payment. After 4 months-no delivery, no contact (despite many attempts by me) no refund. BEWARE-don’t trust this company.

SCAM. DO NOT USE.
This company looks real but is scam front. I "bought" 2 rugs that never arrived with no communication. Took some emailing to get any response and then they offered refund via a form requesting more personal info. I refused and said 'nope, send product' and 3 months later it still hasn't made the 12km's from their supposed warehouse.
Seems they send a few things to some 'customers' so an ok review or 2 gets written but this is simply essential scheming.

First purchase not arriving. I emailed them and received it very late. This $200.00 purchase more than two months, three emails, no response. Two phone calls and messages left. No response. Online chat doesn’t work. Are they crooks or going bankrupt?

Avoid this company at all costs. They do not respond to emails or phone calls so you are unable to have any communication with them. The only communication I received from them is that they no longer have the item I purchased but do not refunded my money.

Ordered a present a month early in case of delays. They said dispatch can be delayed to 8-15 days due to covid but 18 business days (3 and a half weeks) later I still have not received shipping confirmation. I emailed to ask for a rough ETA. If it be another few days or weeks or months just so I know if I should get a backup present but received an automated response saying orders have been delayed due to covid and please be patient. Found a manager's email on a site review when I was searching to see if this was a scam website and emailed her. That was when she said she's contacted the warehouse to dispatch my order asap but then received an email a couple days later saying they could not find the address provided, a straight forward address, a company that appears on google maps instantly when searched. I replied and sent them a screenshot of google maps and received confirmation my order will be shipped, but a few days later received another email saying my order is on hold and asking me to confirm the shipping address again. It took them 31 days to dispatch my order from when I paid and then took another few days to arrive. It is ridiculous that it took that long and for me to search online for a manager's direct email to get any help and human response. Certainly do not recommend and will not order from here again.

Don't trust this site. Purchase not received. They do not respond to emails or messages. Wish I had seen the other poor reviews before I made my purchase. How can these people be allowed to continue operating with no consequence?! I'll be filing a complaint with the ACCC for sure.

thief company that stole my money and I did not get my item from 8 may 2022 and I did not get my money back to I reported to a bank about them they are spam and thieves :(
