Two months since I ordered....

I ordered a floor lamp on January 17th and it still hasn't arrived (I'm writing this on March 14th). As far as I can see, it was shipped from China a month after we ordered it and it has been sitting in customs for 10 days. I'd just as soon cancel the lamp, this is ridiculous. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company.

Delayed Due To Holiday

Unfortunately I was not aware that it was Chinese New Year when I placed my order so there were some delays with getting my lamp. As a courtesy I got a refund on some of my money for the inconvenience and the delay. I now have received my lamp and I have to say, it is a work of art and definitely a conversation piece.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! Do not purchase! You will loose your money!! Ordered something in early December and till have not received it. The "company" supposedly sent a letter asking that I give them more time...more time to hide the money. Do not fall for this fake company and the phoney AI generated letters that they send out. Still waiting for the lamp mentioned weeks ago in my review!

A well resolved transaction with Homebaa

Very satisfied with my experience at Homebaa. I ordered 3 pendant lights. They arrived in good shape, boxed and well wrapped for protection against wetness. Unfortunately the pendant shades did not quite meet my expectations when I held them in my hand. I contacted Homebaa to share my disappointment and asked for a return with refund.
Kelly from Homebaa replied right away. She fully understood my situation and accepted a return with a 50% refund as this was entirely a matter of personal taste and not a defect in the product. She even went further to offer I kept the unwanted lights as a gift to someone who could use them to save me from the hassle of shipping them back while still receiving my refund of 50%.
I’m very happy with the promptness, the courtesy, and the understanding of the customer’s needs in the way Kelly and Homebaa handled my request.

Do not have any hesitation ordering from Homebaa. You will receive courteous customer care with real products shipped and no fake advertising. Thank you Kelly and Homebaa for your integrity, a much valued quality, not often found with many online businesses nowadays!
I’m going back to shop at Homebaa for other home products. I found out Homebaa offer a wide selection of other stylish home products besides lighting!

LED light bars. Loved how fast they arrived.

I just purchased 9 LED bar lights from Homebaa and they were wonderful. The lights arrived very quickly and their communication about every step was exceptional.
Once we had the lights installed, I am blown away with how beautiful they are. As a matter of fact I’m just about to order more. I will certainly be ordering from them again in the future
