I'm very pleased with my first purchase from Home By Rachel. I ordered a luxury fragrance candle and it arrived quickly and was exactly as it appeared on the website. I also used a promotional code which went through fine. I will definitely buy again.

I was at Rachel's home the other day, which isn't actually in London either, it's in Wales so it took me a very long time to get there, I got 13 and a half punctures in my bike which Rachel has REFUSED to pay for. - an issue I will surely be raising this in small claims court
And it was just a crappy little house in a little street, WITH NO BABY CHANGING facilities! Mine was getting really loud and smelly so I wanted to exchange it for a new one but all I could find was wheelie bin and some pre-owned cigarettes which were BARELY useable. Pizza and chocolate was good though. 1 out 10 wouldn't visit her house again.

The products alone sell themselves as they are beautiful and the fragrances smell wonderful and last in the room. The service is outstanding, I will continue to buy from this company. Thank you

From Order to collection the service was excellent.

The only thing that was a shame is my order came with one box, which I was advised in advance that was the only one available at the time.

That aside, the earrings were packaged and received in great condition.

I will be ordering other items in future and look forward to it.

I love the contents of Home by Rachel in the Dutch Nursery near Potters Bar. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the server, who wouldn’t scan our loyalty card & charged us extra for an oversized box that doesn’t display our purchase nicely at all. My husband bought my Christmas present there & I’m saddened by the service we received & unfortunately will associated the experience with the gift for a long while.

I came across Home by Rachel last year. It is a small independent business with a personal touch. I was looking for a Christmas Present for a dear friend and Rachel was so friendly and helpful and my friend was delighted with her gift. Rachel sells good quality items and it is lovely to visit her as I know she will do all she can to make sure you leave with something special. Her website is very good too.
