Two boxes of my order were lost by DPD, I rang the Shop at the Ballyhaunis and spoke to Sharon in a panic. Sharon spent the morning in contact with DPD who were adamant they had a signature confirming the whole order had been delivered. Sharon later contacted me to say the two missing boxes had been found by DPD at their Cavan depot. After all Sharon’s hard work the boxes were finally delivered to me within an hour. Sharon went above and beyond for me in my state of panic. I highly recommend the service that was provided to me.

When you are faced with the discharge of a loved one from the healthcare system in Northern Ireland, it can be a hugely challenging and emotionally draining process. I am so happy I found Oisin and his team along the way. Oisin couldn’t have been more helpful in not only providing the solution but making sure our hospital bed was supplied and installed in double quick time. The man is an absolutely legend. My wife was discharged from hospital after a serious operation after an accident. I contacted Oisin late the day before and he was able to accommodate us with a bed the next day because my wife can’t go upstairs or move much. He was very emphatic and kind and was determined to get the bed to us. The bed was delivered and installed promptly and is very comfortable. Highly recommend renting these beds if you have a loved one on a long road to recovery.

We ran very low on incontinence pads for my mother in law. Rang the shop and problem was dealt with very professionally. They couldn't have been more helpful took an order and followed up with me to confirm delivery as we were quite worried. Top service great company to deal with

My mother fractured her pelvis and on her release from hospital we rented a hospital bed from Homecare Medical Equipment. In terms of customer service they are top class. From my initial inquiry with Oisin I knew we were dealing with someone who was very knowledgeable and above all cared. Delivery was very prompt and installation very quick. I cannot recommend Oisin and Homecare Medical Equipment enough and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Homecare Medical Equipment (Oisín) exceeded our customer experience and expectations every time, an exceptional customer experience. Homecare Medical Equipment provided us with a hospital bed after Mam was discharged home from hospital. The service provided and delivered, was ultra-personal, supportive, and responsive, with real empathy and understanding demonstrated for our urgent request and needs. The response times were rapid from time of request, to delivery and set up of the bed, and the same when we needed to arrange to move the bed to another location (12-14 hours in comparison to procuring a bed through the public health system which took 3 months). The bed was extremely comfortable, meeting our Mam’s care and recovery needs, with the bed’s technology supporting us in making it easy to support her.

We received excellent service from Oisin who came to install the bed at very short notice. Installation was extremely quick and the quality of the equipment we received was excellent and made recovery from injury so much easier than it would otherwise have been. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing a hospital bed.

I can’t rate Oisin highly enough for the service he provided to me, with the most pleasant and helpful manner. I arrived home from abroad on a Sunday with a bad injury and Oisin made sure he delivered a hospital bed to me (in Dublin) and had set it up well before I got back. I can’t say enough good things about Oisin and our experience getting a hospital bed for our sick father . He offered to deliver that afternoon and was so professional. He had to make a return visit as we needed to move the bed to a larger room and was so accommodating. The bed itself is fantastic and very reasonably priced to hire . It makes my dad’s time at home very comfortable.

Can't say enough about Oisín & the team very professional, were happy to answer all our queries & the equipment was delivered on time, we got a bed for my mam to come home after an illness in hospital. Everything was assembled, full demonstration given. Great service and excellent price. We rented a hospital bed for my father which allowed him to stay in his home. This meant so much to him but also allowed his carers to safely manage him getting into and out of bed.
