Poor customer service follow up. The course was great but they did not…
The course was great but they did not provide the correct NCBTMB course number and customer service has been unhelpful bu not getting back to my inquiry now for 4 days.

I paid $237 to join Home CEU membership…
I paid $237 to join Home CEU membership on 03/08/26. I contacted customer service twice to solve the problem. As of 03/19/26, I still can’t start any education due to technical problems. I wish I can start education ASAP. Please solve the problem.

The courses are good
The courses are good, I am able to use/incorporate the information into my treatments. The reason for the 3 stars is that I wasn't able to open any courses quickly or easily. Each one stated that I had to pay for each class individually... I had already paid the full cost to join. After sending a message to them, it took 2 weeks to hear back on how to open the courses. Frustrating waste of 2 weeks when instructions could have been given automatically upon receiving my payment.

Okay experience
Class went way over. it was supposed to be a live webinar but it was obviously pre recorded. No Q&A section. Very odd experience, but the information itself was decent, but not very in depth.
