No way of contacting this company …
I bought my coffee frother last October and it is not working anymore. I have tried to contact the company via email and have now sent 5 and absolutely no response whatsoever. I have tried a live chat twice but it does not connect you to anyone or even have an automated response and there is no telephone number to contact anyone. Appalling company service . I will now have to go down the route of recovering my money from the credit card company so I can purchase a new one .

Dreadful Customer Service
Recently purchased the milk frother, looked great and worked well .. until it didn’t, just two months later.
I have tried several times to contact this company to no avail. I’ve sent several emails, completed the online “contact us” form and started an “online chat”.
Still absolutely nothing, no response. The 1 star isn’t for the damaged product, although I would like a working one. It’s for the customer service, or lack of.

Easy to order
