Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I made an order and for some reason the online store did not include the first line of the address. I never received the order (which was a Christmas present), they never let me know about the issue. Now I’m asking for a refund and they want to charge me £5.95. What’s the matter? You have a terrible online store and poor customer service and I need to pay for it? No way, I’m sorry, but your mistake, you fix it. Do not buy from them, it’s not worth it the hustle.

Exceptional customer service.

I purchased a Kettle from Homecolours which developed a fault.The speed and efficiency that my problem was dealt with and resolved was excellent. A brand new replacement was sent out and the speed of correspondence from Alyssa in customer service was exceptional. All in all excellent.

I have used this company many times, exceptional.

I have used this company many times. Bedding, kitchenware, candles, furniture, lighting, presents for friends and family and I have found them exceptional.

Honest, trustworthy and well priced with exceptional service. I phoned them up a few times for advice on certain products and stock delivery times and they have always been friendly, helpful and giving of their time.

In my experience a company that can be trusted.

Satisfied customer once again!

I recently purchased the Peugeot salt and pepper grinder mills. The site was easy to use, everything was straight forward and I received my order incredibly quickly. Very impressed. I am a repeat customer and am always very satisfied with the service.

Theft of money/ poor customer service

I agree with a 0 review for this company £170 order not received and not willing to offer me a refund or anything so £170 thrown down the drain. Do not buy from this company.

And the reply below is not correct at all in which I have email to prove. You refused me anything until I gave you this bad review. This was only point that your customer service decided to replace the goods over 30 days after not receiving them and now I am sat with £170 worth of bedding sets I don’t want or need as they were Christmas present and Christmas has passed and like most people I bought alternative presents. All I wanted is a refund for the goods which you will not honour at all…

Your original order was despatched via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and the tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the requested address. As you know Royal Mail insisted that the parcel was correctly delivered. As a gesture of goodwill we resent the goods to you via DPD and you have since acknowledged that you have received this parcel. We are sorry for the delay in us being able to resend the goods, however in situations like this, where the courier insists that the goods are correctly delivered, we do unfortunately have to investigate prior to sending out replacement goods. We hope you like your items.

I don’t usually waste my time on…

I don’t usually waste my time on reviews, but thought I would leave one on this occasion. Unfortunately I couldn’t leave a 0 star rating. Do not buy from this company, item not received, had to keep chasing for updates. No refund or replacement provided. Mickey Mouse establishment! My advice spend bit more and buy from a reputable company.

Home Colours put it right when the manufacturer let me down

I ordered a soap dispenser from Home Colours as well as a selection of other kitchen and home items. When the soap dispenser arrived I opened it and on taking it out of its packaging it fell into two parts and smashed on the floor right in front of me. It was such a shame because it was a beautiful item. Unfortunately due to really poor packaging by the manufacturer, there's absolutely no warning that the item comes in two parts. Absolutely shocking considering the manufacturer is a brand that supposedly cares immensely about design. The manufacturer also wouldn't send a replacement bottom half. The response from the manufacturer was absolutely dreadful.

Luckily Michael from Home Colours did exactly what you should do in this situation and sent me a replacement. This time I knew to be extra careful when I opened it. Home Colours made me feel extremely special and important and knew how to put the situation right. Kudos to Home Colours for doing the right thing!

Fantastic company

Ordered chair unfortunately DPD didn’t deliver on time Homecolours was very fast to get it sorted for me .asking did I want a refund or for them to ship chair out again I chose the chair been redelivered.
How pleased I did it’s exactly as described beautifully packed .all pieces secured in box very easy to put together great colour brings vintage style to my garden very comfortable back is almost rounded into your posture sturdy yet light.I’d certainly recommend Homecolours and this chair it’s my first time shopping with them.and it certainly won’t be my last there a great company whom is always willing to help responds promptly I feel 100% trust in them it’s so good ordering something that arrives in perfect condition and exactly as described.check them out they do all sorts of home ware and garden wear and unusual styles

Very happy 😊

I’m really pleased with my experience of Homecolours. I hadn’t heard of them before and they had a particular bedding set I wanted. Ordering online was easy and my free delivery was here 2 days later. I’m really pleased with my bedding and I’ll definitely use again. Thank you.

Terrible service and never received item

Terrible service. Sent the wrong item and insisting on delays and never sent the correct item. I admit to mis-placing a part of the furnishings but the entire process from Homecolours was like pulling nails in particular dealing with a couple of their customer service reps...

I would NOT recommend buying from them ever again and would highly deter anyone I know from doing so.

Our email communications show we first received back empty packaging from you and then we received an incomplete item. We can see you were frustrated about our error however your subsequent errors further frustrated the process. In the end a prompt refund was issued despite the fact that we had not received all the fitments back for the item in question so that we could draw a line under the matter and ensure you were not out of pocket.
