Was given 365 cover from ads free that covers breakdown and service. 21.5 2021 now needs service did not phone us as agreed and will not service boiler if I had not remember mye 5year from Worcester would be void now have to pay independent guy no trust anymore in this company

Great company really helped out and went above and beyond to help out my grandparents, and kept us informed throughout the repair and when completed, very polite with everyone I spoken with

I used HomeCover365 to service my extremely old boiler. The engineer was on time, knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. He carried out the work and informed me that, although my boiler was old, it was working perfectly fine and sufficient for my home’s needs. I now have 12 months cover with complete peace of mind that if anything should go wrong HomeCover 365 is only a phone call away, all for a very competitive price - excellent all round service and would highly recommend.

I’ve looked for years to find a company that would cover my Calor gas boiler for parts and labour on a pay per month basis and I can honestly say HomeCover365 were a breath of fresh air as I usually get “sorry but we don’t cover LPG boilers” and now my boiler is covered for the year and has already been serviced just one week after signing up. Great service from sign up to the engineer turning up on time to complete my boiler service. I would recommend HomeCover365 to any Calor Gas/LPG customer who will know how hard it is to find a quality gas engineer with the correct qualification’s to work on their boiler.
