Efficient and friendly service when we visited the shop. Ordered on-line after comparing samples - delivered next day.

Very quick delivery. The product is excellent quality. This was my first time hanging wallpaper and it went well, most likely due to the textured effect of the paper. There are cheaper alternatives available (wood panelling effect paper) but no where near as effective. Would highly recommend

Needed a roll of wallpaper to match after having a radiator replaced. Quick delivery, well packaged and great price!

I have unfortunately knocked two stars off as there was very little forthcoming communication on my order.
It’s wasn’t in stock when I purchased it ( this wasn’t advertised) so I had to wait.
Waited a week and no communication so I chased and the email bounced back so I had to message on social media. This did get a quick response.
Was finally told it was coming the next week so I waited again.
The proposed delivery date came and went, no communication at all.
I had to resort to chasing again, only to be told it’s delayed from where they order it from.
I was given the option to cancel with a full refund or wait.
I decided to take the refund as we had already reschedule our decorators once.
Ordered from another company and it was delivered the next day.
Once I had communication it was quick and the matter (refund) sorted the same day. So that’s a plus point.
I know it wasn’t completely this companies fault which is why I gave three stars.
It was the communication or rather lack off that needs work.

If I could have a birthday party here I would, I have never been disappointed with any purchase and the staff go above and beyond, best shop ever.

Id bought this paper 2 years ago but have only just completed my rennovation, ld loved this paper it really looks so expensive and ld bought a couple of rolls surplus, once ld used it l decided to continue into my hall way but needed another roll, as this out of the 5 colour variations is the only one l could not find ... until l gpt l7cky here, the price was also less than ld paid and it arrived within 2 days packaged great - highly recommend this supplie4. Didn't have in stock what was advertised on website

Ordered 2 rolls of paper….said it would be dispatched the next day…. I hadn’t heard anything for 5 days. I rang them…. They then told me they only had 1 roll left not 2…. But they didn’t contact me about this. I had cancel my order. ….Buy from a different supplier…. Reschedule my decorator….. and chase up my refund !

This company is great and I'm.now going to order the wallpaper of my choice as the quality is fantastic for a wallpaper
