Right, so. I managed to get my money back from this company. It’s not a Russian entity, its a Ltd Co based in the UK. The Director of that company seems to have been a victim of this scam. I eventually had a conversation with someone that knows the scammer who had a friendly chat resulting in a refund. The person I dealt with was very helpful and generous in doing so. Just be aware if you try research these guys they are not the bad people here so bear that in mind

I will advise everyone to type the Full Adress of the company on google and will
come as bungalow.Scam Scam company,do not attempt to buy from this website.

This must be a bogus company, never delivered the goods, does not respond to emails or phone calls, stay away!

Do Not buy anything from this website, I ordered a Sage coffee machine it was never delivered !! I tried to contact Home-depo and no one answers the phone or emails, I checked the postcode for the company at 41 Hardy Road
Greatstone, New Romney, TN28 8SF
United Kingdom, it's a Bungalow!!! and the payment from my bank account was another company called Kraso 1 LTD
17 Deal Place, Lytham, St. Annes
Postcode FY8 3EN
I also checked this address and again another Bungalow!!!
And the automated Email I received after purchase is a yandex.ru domain
It's Russian STAY AWAY!!!!!

def scam site, spoke to a manufacturer of these products and they dont even supply them, prices far to cheap to be good.. stay clear, address registered is a residential SCAM SCAM

This is a scam company. It’s a fake with a fake address.
Look at the spelling of depot, look at how long they’ve been in business, yet the positive reviews suggest products bought prior to company opening.
Don’t have to do much homework to realise it’s fake.
If you get caught, you really need to look at how you do online shopping.

Was surfing web and this popped up but too many warning signs so looked a little deeper, don't get caught out.

This is a shell company set up a month ago to scam people looking for deals, it was set up on 16th December 2020 and the phone number is residential. The good reviews on trust pilot are clearly bots, they have 1 review and arent even in the UK.

I bought a coffee machine for £340 on the 28th of December. The coffee machine has never arrived. The customer service telephone number (mobile) is switched off. No one picks up the landline. No one ever replied to my emails. I have reported this scam website to a few legal bodies - and this website is still on?!? I don't understand why it is so difficult to take this website down to prevent people from losing money.

DO NOT BUY from this website, it was only registered 16/12/20 and goods do not exist.
