1st booking I received a message to say an engineer was unable to make the time booked. 2 nd booking I received a phone call to say engineer was on the way. 3 hours later, no sign of an engineer, no answer when I tried to phone. Does not instil confidence in the business.

Great, the engineer turned up after about one and a half hours after I booked a slot for Saturday morning online halfway in the timefame, he knew straight away I'd purchased the wrong type off freeview box for a satilte dish signal but still done a quick check on signal strength and connections and I didn't get charged a penny

Very helpful and efficient, checked our Ariel and input signal, before recommending the Ariel we needed. The work was done on the date promised and our TV is now in full working order.

Stuart was very helpful, and confirmed there was nothing wrong with my aerial. He confirmed that our settop box is broken and needs replacing.

Booked for 11/2/26 - no-one turned up despite being assured they would following a call when it got to 3.30pm. No call to apologise or explain. Phoned 12/2 to re-schedule for Friday 13th. Told it would be a priority morning call between 8 -12.30. No-one turned up or called. Called after 12.30 and told it was next on the engineers list. No-one turned up. Received an automated call at 15.54 saying couldn't get there and would be there Saturday. The only good thing was I got through to the "local" number and cancelled altogether. Avoid and find someone local you can rely upon.
