Don't even bother wasting your time…

Don't even bother wasting your time with these lot, I got a call from one advisor telling me she needs more information about the cost of my repair and that she'd get back to me. I heard nothing from them, no email, nothing. Which I find pretty disgusting, were already people that have been let down from our council and these lot go on like their here to help but their not. Don't waste your time and I'd suggest going through to a legitimate organisation like Housing Ombudsman.

Useless

The employee rang me back amd insisted the damp was a condensation issue, he wouldn't listen to me when I was trying to explain that I put stuff in front of it recently because it looks awful amd I have had the problem for over 3 years. Absolutely useless customer service.
