I recently sold my villa with Home Espana. Andy and Aaron were both helpful and guided me through the stages of placing my property on the market and negotiating with buyers. There experience and professionalism made the process less daunting and stress free. A special mention to Argemary for the excellent aftersales service. She went above and beyond to ensure I was informed of every step. Her personal and supportive approach made me feel i made the right choice using Home Espana. I cannot thank them all enough and would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property in Spain.

However, Home España made everything surprisingly easy. From the viewings to choosing our home, the entire team was professional and guided us clearly from start to finish.

Don’t do business with this company. They just sell houses with problems and they know they are their. It can cost you a lot of money. Duty of care is very poor, agent doesn’t anything.

The after sales service was very professional, Arge was on top of everything so completion was a breeze .
