Very disappointed!

Very disappointed!! Not recommend!! Do not trust the previous review. Ordered 4 things on 14th Dec and got the email confirmation but no delivery information or update. I have sent 2 emails to their support and wait for 10 days still no response til now. End up received 1 of the product on 24th(from China), no update or any information about the other 3 orders. The quality of the product is so bad, dirty on the surface like has been used. The bottom has used scratches.
