We ordered a blackout blind from the Bishop Auckland shop at a cost of £130. When the agent arrived he told us the price was £180, even though our measurements were accurate. When the person appointed to fit our blind did not turn up on the agreed day, we had to phone Homefair and were told that our blind would not be available until 2 days later. The blind was eventually fitted and is quite nice, but the communication from Homefair was very disappointing up until then. We would not recommend the company to other people.

Very chaotic and stressful, blinds wouldn't fit and the fitter struggled but them up eventually.

Quick turnaround efficient friendly service . Have used this company a few times . Would highly recommend .

Have used Homefair blinds in the past. I needed new blinds for my 2 bedroom flat and rang Homefair for a quote. Gareth came and measured up and I picked a new colour and pattern which was straightforward. It didn't take long to wait for the fitter to arrive, about 2 weeks. The fitter did a professional job and I'm pleased with the results. One tip, is don't open a can of blown baked beans, which sprayed tomato sauce on my old kitchen blinds and ruined them. I can recommend Homefair.

New vertical blinds throughout. Very pleased with them and the service I’ve received. The fitter was friendly, pleasant and efficient.

Quick phone call reply to my enquiry email. A helpful, efficient lady arranged the measuring appointment for a couple of days later. The fitting appointment was good and very quick, the blind fits perfectly and runs straight (which the previous one from another company did not) so on the whole I'm very happy. The only minor thing is that the blind was fitted with the bead chain to the left, and I wanted it to the right as I'm right handed, it would also be further away from the toilet. I asked the fitter if he could change the blind round and he was happy to do so. Just a small hole to fill from the fitting on the left side.

I spent £2000 on the perfect shutters well worth every penny.
Unfortunately the phone call I made an hour after fitting them
to order another £1000 worth of blinds, I can’t say it was good 😔maybe give training on how to address customers with more curtsy 🙁 I’d give her 1 star 🌟

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, I wouldn't go anywhere else for blinds, lovely staff and always clean up afterwards.

To be honest, the experience didn't start great as the one of our windows was measured incorrectly. However, Homefair Blinds were quick to make things right. In the end they sorted the measurement and reduced the price. The replacement blinds are fitted and look great.

Ordered the blinds for my 83 year old mam at Denton site , lady was very helpful and pleasant to deal with . Ordered the blinds but were out of stock with materials. Not a problem went back and re ordered different design . Man who came out to measure and fit was Curtis and professional. Fitting was neat and tidy , nice man . Would defo use again thanks all
