My experience was great using HFC for my new mortgage. They found the product that was right for me based on my circumstances and I got an offer accepted. Not only that, they were proactive in securing the best deal even after the mortgage was offered, as rates have been changing a lot. They also liaised effectively with my solicitor to check the progress of the sale and good advice based on the valuation of the property.
