Good value for money works for me

I can not comment as bought for my son , but son says it's just what he wanted and is very pleased with product.

Delivery was quick, packaged really well and I got it at a sale price.
Easy to order online, lots of information about tracking and delivery.

Delivery arrived on time by a helpful driver. The product is robust and works well. Putting the product together took longer than expected and at the end was a little problematic. The tools supplied did not seem to fit the bolts.

I ordered the wrong model of Treadmill originally, in error, so had to return it. The customer service throughout this process was excellent - clear & precise, speedy, professional & polite - couldn't fault it. The treadmill with the incline that I now have from them is absolutely brilliant - really good quality & so quiet when using it.

I chose to buy a treadmill here of a more expensive version because I wanted quality. When the treadmill broke for no reason, I contacted homefitness, who first responded but then disappeared completely. Now I can't get a hold of them and I can't use my treadmill. I'm so sorry as a customer because it was a lot of money for me. Don't buy anything here!!

I have had this item for a couple months and it hasn’t failed me not once. It is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up. It is somewhat very heavy but this is understandable due to its specs and something I can deffo overlook.

I ordered an item 29/3/26, there was an error the address on delivery day - this was with Evri. They asked me to provide details and I filled it in automatically which was meant to be sent to the delivery driver. I have yet to receive this parcel. Evri day contact the HomeFitnessCode & when do I get a generic reply saying they’re looking into this. I am yet to find out where my parcel is, or who has it.

I ordered this for my 89 year old mum, she has never had a treadmill and since the dog died she hasn’t walked as much these past years, she is an amazing lady and asked for a treadmill for Easter, I would have liked the instruction book printed in bigger letters as all our eye sight is getting worse, she has used it all week doing half hour a day in 5 min segments and already she can walk up the stairs without the breathlessness so we are all pleased, she says it’s not as sturdy as ours but ours is a much bigger heavier machine she comes across to use sometimes, she did not want one as big. It seems to be ideal for her at the moment.

Delivery person was helpful and cheerful.

Item delivered damaged, scratches and dents all over it. Company attempted to cover some of the damage with a black paint. Metal exposed. Safety bar for treadmill unsafe and does not lock into place. Going back and forth with customer service for days now and still no resolution. £250 wasted. Do not recommend.

Great incline, quiet and friendly to use.

Not too impressed with the cross trainer. Not as good as described. Quite cheap and doesnt move smoothly. A few parts missing and the bottle holder broken into two when trying to secure it

Great service brilliant product

I purchased a walking pad in February, I chose no incline or handle. I have held off giving feedback until I had used it enough. I use it 4-5 times a week for an hour each time at fast walking pace of 8, it is a great product, very sturdy. Also light enough to move and store away. Only let down is there is no pause, only start/stop so if you stop to go the loo or answer door, it resets back to 0 and you lose your stats. But overall, best quality walking pad I’ve had (& I’ve had a few!)

Exactly what I wanted and needed

Very well packaged quick delivery I actually got it for my dog as I can’t walk very far and she was getting fat (mini dachshund) she started on 1 for 5 mins for 2 days now a week later she’s doing 20 mins start at 1 for 5 mins 2 for 10 mins 3 for 5 mins back to 1 to finish off she enjoys it and gets a treat when finished doing twice a day 6 hours interval
