Same as everyone else a total scam bought settees was to be delivered on the 12th September still waiting have been in touch with my bank and fraud team I'm hoping to get my money back,can't get any response from them would have given them a zero if I could Now can't even get on their website have reported them to police and action fraud

SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY/ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a wardrobe 6 weeks ago. They took 6 weeks to arrange delivery then did NOT SHOW UP.
They will NOT REPLY to emails/ cals si have basically STOLEN my money and not delivered goods

Unfortunately like everyone else, our wardrobe did not arrive when agreed. We also paid extra for the wardrobe to be put up. So disappointed. Have tried calling multiple times and emailed but no answer. Please don’t use this company. I wish I had checked their reviews first. Their only 5 star review is clearly a fake!

Emailed a delivery slot and guess what it never came.
Emails blanked and WhatsApp and numbers gone now. Total scam.
Reported to bank for a charge back

If I could give 0 stars I would but I can’t… was supposed to receive my wardrobes last Saturday between 1-3pm but did not turn up.. since then I have emailed, rang them with no answer and WhatsApp messages have no delivered since Saturday. I have reported this as fraud and have now been told that my bank have been in contact with them (even tho I can’t get in touch) and a new delivery date has been arranged for the 20th September 2025 between 1-3pm so now I have to wait till then to see if my delivery turns up (which I doubt it) before anything can be done. I have not received any confirmation of the new delivery date so doesn’t that tell you it’s not legit because if it had been rescheduled surely I would have received confirmation of this.

Just tell your bank i got my money back

Please be careful it’s a scam website I bought sofa from them never arrived u get 25£ off then u get attract to buy please be patient n buy from trusted websites

After losing my mum recently, my 80yr old dad ordered my sofa's with the money she left me. After receiving delivery confirmation and disposing of my old sofas NOTHING ARRIVED. Tried contacting by phone, email and message chat....NOTHING!!!
Now going through the fraud team at the bank to hopefully return the money.
Disgusting how such a company can be listed on Google amongst all the known soft furnishing companies.
I hope whoever has scammed us rots in hell!!!!

Homefurniturehub is a complete scam. They take people’s money, promise delivery, then disappear no replies to emails, no phone support, nothing. Just endless excuses or silence.
Check the reviews: I’m not the only one saying this. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague. They are thieves pretending to be a furniture store.
I will be reporting them to Action Fraud and Trading Standards, and I strongly advise everyone else to do the same.

They are scammers , they take your money and will fail to deliver making several excuses and postponing delivery every, you will wait ages and nothing will be delivered

Please dont give your money to this company. I ordered in July, they wouldnt give me a delivery date so I asked for a refund, then they gave me a delivery date. They then rearranged the date for the 15th of September, but nothing came. I called numerous times but no one answered. I have reported it to my bank, let's see the out outcome.

Don't buy from this company. I ordered a corner sofa on the 9th of August. 3 times it should have been here and never arrived. Can't get anyone on the phone or by email. Thank god I payed by Klarna and can get a refund.

My wardrobe was scheduled for delivery on September 12th but it never arrived. The wardrobe cost £404

Their phone numbers are switched off, WhatsApp is down and they don't reply to messages. After receiving the money they just disappeared.

They scammed me and I think they are scamming others too. Stay away - you won't get any furniture!

This is a scam and I strongly recommend others to avoid this company. I urge the authorities and consumer protection agencies to investigate this case.

We ordered a wardrobe from home furniture hub and everything seemed ok. They confirmed the order via email. Another email asked us to confirm delivery date and time slot. So far so good. They replied stating the date and time I chose was fully booked so I chose another date and time. I got a confirmation email regarding new date and time. The day and time arrived but no delivery. I had no correspondence regarding delay to the delivery and can not contact them. I have tried the WhatsApp chat( message doesn’t arrive), tried an email message form(nothing) and emailing directly through the original confirmation email and again nothing back from them. The website looks so legitimate but must be a scam as others have reported the same issues…

Dnt order from there ordered a wardrobe and they said 3 times it was coming and paid extra for it to be build , no contact from them now and never been delivered , dnt order from there as just scam take money and u dnt get ur order!

Scammers bought a wardrobe and never arrived kept rescheduling delivery and now no answer , been reported waited months already

Sadly have the same issues as everyone else on here. Ordered a sliding door mirrored wardrobe, they confirmed delivery date of 12th September and a time slot between 4-6pm. Item never arrived, no phone call answered and what's app message I sent came back stating they were undergoing office maintenance from Friday 12th til Monday 15th September. I was suspicious at that point. Today no response from this company and now in the process of speaking with our bank to hopefully get our money refunded.
Never been scammed before, don't know why we didn't look at Truspilots' customer reviews this time 😑

I’m so DISAPPOINTED!! I was supposed to get my delivery on 12th of September but I didn’t hear anything from customer service. Wasted my time waiting especially when you are self employed. I bought 2 wardrobes which cost me over £580. It’s definitely a scam and don’t buy anything from them.
