This is a fake website. As soon as I paid the amount changed to US dollars and the recipient name was an individual not the company. Luckily I had used PayPal so was able to instantly report the scam and, in time, got my money back.

This is a scam site using a company name very similar to a trusted company Home & Garden Extras. Stupidly i have been caught out and the matter is now in the hands of my bank's fraud department and Trading Standards

Total scammers - avoid at all costs.
They sometimes use the name ‘Nextras’, but more usually Homegardenextras. They pretend to be UK based but are actually based in China. They clone the website of Home & Garden Extras but are totally unrelated.

This isn't a serious web-shop. It's a scam site. They appear to be a shop from the UK, but it turns out it`s a chinese 'shop" which pretends to send things from Hongkong, China.
They have no contact options by phone or chat. They have just a simple service e-mail address which blocks your emails. The one and only e-mail I got from them was a "no-answer"-possibility e-mail. They have no information at all about the company on the website, no address, nothing.
You don`t get any confirmation e-mail for your order. I had to ask for a confirmation e-mail after 24 h but have never got a confirmation about the order.
3 days after my order I got an email that my parcel has been shipped. But it had been "shipped" to a wrong address! They obviously didn`t managed to read the order , where the delivery address was different from the billing address.
I had to write a new e-mail and ask them to send the parcel to the right address. But all my e-mails have been returned , because the server of the company stops my e-mails, as outlook and g-mail informed me about.
So there is no possibility to communicate with this "company."
I paid by credit card and the receiver of the money is ANOTHER web-shop (nicentra.com) and not homegardenextras.com.
I got a faked " tracking-number" in the one and only e-mail , which I have from the company. After 30 days of tracking , where the tracking page ( hmgshipping) generates a new information about where the order is located , it turned out that the whole tracking is a fake and nothing has been send at all. I paid for nothing and never got the things which I had ordered.
On the tracking-page I realized for the first time, that the product which I ordered wasn`t located in the UK, but in Hongkong. So this is neither a shop from the UK although you pay in British pounds. Nor it is a real webshop. Its just a fake . Don't use this page.
