Great job
We had a gentleman stop me on my driveway and he told me we need a new roof. So we had a person come out and he took pictures and went over the problems we had and explained the products they use. Then he got to the bottom line of how much it was going to cost. So my husband and I talked about it and decided to go with your company.
They came within a couple days and did our roof in the most awful wind but the got done in one day and they cleaned up around our house and our neighbors yard. It looked wonderful even when they were done.

My project manager was on top of it start to finish. The crew did an amazing job. My roof was replaced in one day even though they had to finish up as it got dark. Hard work from the crew, great management from Jordan, and very reasonable price made this an good experience.

Told me no when i said not whole roof repair not what they advertise
They claim do roof repair, I was contacted by Angi's list claiming I had call them . I ask for local people told they listed 1 1/2 hr away fr me. When HGE called me 1/2 min later and asked me about what needed done, As soon as they found out not replacing whole roof They told me I'm out thier area REALLY but for a whole roof you were, So Angie get 1 start too since I clearly said they were not in my area.

Home Genius Siding Company did a great job on my house. There were some delays with materials and getting the project started, but once things got moving, everything went smoothly. The project manager was available the whole time, kept me updated, and made sure the work stayed on track.
The new siding looks fantastic and really improved the look of my home. Even with the early delays, I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Home Genius Siding Company to anyone considering new siding.

Communication and Services Unacceptable
The sale pitch was fantastic and thorough that I was confident we’d receive premium service and excellent communication with the project manager. We received nothing of the sort.
The company subcontracts the jobs which is fine however the crew we got did not have representation of Home Genius. No uniform or vehicles that stood for company. The project manager never contacted us or came to the site the day of installation. The subs that did the work were so disrespectful of our property. Debris was all over our landscape, in the neighbors yard. A ladder blew over and damaged the side of the house while they were on break and did nothing.
The project manager came to the site 2 days after installation and we express our unsatisfactory experience and he was receptive to our complaint and was committed to making it right. He promised us many things and we never heard from him again. I called and emailed where I submitted pictures of destroyed landscape and other damages that triggered a manager to reach out. They too promised us steps they would take to make it right and never heard from anyone again.
The installation date was October 20th and here we are November 8th and nothing has been resolved or no effort from Home Genius what so ever. I wish there was a zero star option as this is what they deserve. I would NEVER recommend Home Genius Exeteriors to anyone and if asked about them I would tell them not to be fooled by their aggressive sales and free inspection / estimate because you get nothing of what was sold to us.
