I was very happy with my experience and I would recommend them to anyone, the man that came was very kind and made me feel comfortable, he even helped me work my new cooker which he didn't have to do, he did a very good quick job and came on time I will definitely be returning in the future

Andy is a very friendly, honest and skillful man. He spent extra time for unforeseen issues and was very reasonable in charging his fee even though he could have charged more due to extra hours. I would definitely call him if I need any plumbing or heating issues.

Job done, price as expected, turned out to be more difficult than originally thought to fix water valve on hot water tank but no extra cost for additional time taken. Happily recommend

I have used Homeglow for a number of years to complete a gas safety inspection on my rental property. I always found them extremely efficient at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

The appointment with Andy was arranged a few weeks ago. On the day of the appointment he contacted me to confirm he was on his way, due to arrive at the arranged time.
When Andy arrived, he was very helpful, answering questions I had about the job in hand & giving advice on further jobs I wanted doing. Andy was very polite, friendly & respectful all the time he was in my home & carried out the job as agreed explaining everything he was doing to fix the problem. We were very happy with the price charged for the job, which was as agreed when the appointment was made

Excellent service.

We had our boiler replaced and relocated.
From the initial enquiry, Andy got back to me within an hour and arranged a site visit.
He provided a quote with various options and carried out the work in a matter of days.
The work was completed quicker than expected and all mess was cleared up before Andy gave me a run down on how it all worked.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Homeglow to anybody.

In the past my experience of many other tradesman has been unreliable, poor communications, shoddy work and expensive Homeglow are the complete opposite in every way. Andy provided a first class service, replacing the leaking radiator valve efficiently and cleanly. He was also able to providing advice on maintenance issues that might arise in the future. I would not hesitate in contacting Andy again if we require repairs to or replacement of our central heating.
