The company refunded me after finding that i did not sign up on their website.

The fact that time and effort was exerted in my plea for a refund of funds was really a humbling experience. Thank you so much because debits off my account without prior knowledge was a bit of an eye raiser for me. However; I am relieved my case was handled as it was.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s refund process. I was told the refund would be processed within a certain number of days, but that timeline came and went with no update or resolution. I had to follow up multiple times, and each time I was met with vague responses and no accountability. The lack of urgency or clear communication made the experience even more frustrating. I expected better service and transparency.

Had a great experience shopping with homegodecor. The product was well-packed to ensure the protection of the products and was in good condition when I received. Also, I must say about their fast delivery service. Highly recommend.

If I could I wouldn’t rate them at all.
I have noticed 3 payments going out my bank from this company. Which I have no idea about.
Tried talking to customer service twice. And they don’t understand that the account created wasn’t me. I tried explaining to them that my card has been cloned, and my email and details have been hacked, as other companies I don’t know have also been taking my money. Whatever you do. DON’T click on their website or any links within the website. After discussing with one member of customer services, they said they will refund me half of one transaction, I looked at my bank again tonight, and they are taking another transaction, I got in touch with customer service again, and they said it was a cancellation fee, they don’t listen to your situation. And they not very helpful at all.

Honesty is the problem on this company... We can't trust you if theirs no honesty.

This company is awful, they advertise then when you click the link they will charge you, i contacted their support and their manager named Paula ask me to leave first a good positive review before they can process the refund and since i got the refund i want to edit my review to tell the truth, they will ask you to leave first a good review before they can process the refund, they are scammers!! They didnt even update me if they already remove my card detail they just said, leave us a positive review before we can process your refund
