From beginning to end, Homehold kept me informed a weekly basis as to where we were in the process. They negotiated with the leaseholder on my behalf and achieved a fair price for my lease extension. There own charges were very reasonable for the work done. I have recommended them to a friend and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone

Recently used Homehold to extend lease and was smooth sailing the whole way. Transparency in costs. Weekly contact via email. Any issues I raised sorted through regular updates. Could not have done it without them.

From the start of the process to its conclusion, Homehold were very good in all respects - communication, sharing information, sending all relevant documentation and responding to any of my queries. The staff were always helpful, friendly and replied immediately.

Homehold (and their legal team LLS) dealt with our lease extension. I knew from neighbours that our freeholder was going to be difficult to deal with so having researched fully I opted for them as they offered a full fixed fee service. They were extremely professional keeping us informed of progress at all stages and alerted us to the fact that we needed to amend our lease plan which they were able to deal with for us.
They also prepared for us to go to tribunal when it looked as though we were going to run out of time due to the freeholder’s solicitor being unresponsive. We did not actually have to go through with this thanks to the team’s persistence.
Well worth the money for peace of mind over a difficult year!

The thought of a lease extension can be very daunting, as it's a complicated, once-in-a-lifetime process that most people know little about. I wished for a bit more care and understanding at the start, as it would have made me feel much more at ease with the process.
Having said that, I was very pleased with the outcome. The lease premium was reasonable, and the extension was completed in a timely manner. Great Experience
This is an update to my previous review done on 10/12/2024. My experience about the company has not changed since. Detail below.
I have a few rental properties and most are leasehold. I completed the first lease extension in 2023 through Homehold Services after an extensive search of the market for a company that can take over the whole process and minimise the hassle for me. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. If I could give this company, along with their sister concern LLS, more than 5 STARS I would, because they deserve it.
The people are very professional and competent at their job, and their communication is spot-on. They guide you along the way, they fight your corner and are always there if you need them. The prices are very reasonable and transparent, I did not pay a single penny more than what I was told right at the beginning. As a result, I gave them two more lease extensions in 2024, both of which were completed with the same level of professionalism as the first one. I have now given them the fourth lease extension in 2025 and it is going just as great. I will use this company for as long as their service quality stays the same, I have no need to look elsewhere. Of course, I have no hesitation in recommending them very highly on the basis of my own experience.
