Paid a parcel that was never delivered. Homehomeup did not offer anything, no refund, no new shipment. Quite disappointing.

Fraudulent; Stay Away
This company posts fraudulent ads. I ordered a stained glass lamp and received a plastic piece of junk that hardly emits any light. I’m wrestling with them to get a full refund and they’re incredible unhelpful. STAY AWAY.

Item not as advertised / return shipping paid by customer
I purchased Luminous Wheel Valve Caps - Pack of 4 / Purple (for $19.99). The instagram ad looked great. The items took 2 weeks to arrive from China and weren't luminous at all - just lumps of regular pink plastic. As the company's refund policy states on their website, you need to return the item to China at your own cost (!) and then they'll issue a return. With the price of postage / shipping to China, it's not worth it so I'm stuck with a useless item. Be very careful purchasing from this company.

Bought 2 mothers day cards for 20 dollars a price they were completely defective, the sound didn't play on either,the glitter that was suppose to spill only when ripped was already spilled out..and they are not letting by bank refund me! Be careful.

Scam!! Buyers Beware!
Add says company is located in USA. However after my unsatifactory order, I did further research and it is located outside the USA. I ordered a bathing suit and paid for express shipping. I received my order nearly 4 weeks later and it was not true to size....HUGE!
I contacted customer service after a delay, all they would do was refund the express shipping cost and I would have to pay to return it for an exchange. The quality is crap....stay away. Their site looks legit, but it's anything but. Buyers beware!
