Follow up. Paypal have tried twice to get a refund and TWICE refunds have failed from the company.
Third time lucky. DO NOT TRUST this company. And expect a long delay in getting your money back. They ignore Whatsapp messages too.

no product but customer service help good
unfortunately it's not a 5 star due to my not receiving the product but the customer service experience was exemplary in handling complaints and I fully understand companies cannot always help delivery companies losing items but Sanika was extremely helpful, polite and the response time was good in my opinion

Egyptian Cotton Towels
My towels arrived within 2 days. The feel and colour of them are lovely but they are very thin. Unfortunately I would not be buying these again.
