I would give them a 0 if I could! I ordered something on May 28th and still hasn’t shipped! Have tried to get a hold of the company with no response! These companies should not be allowed to advertise on Instagram, Facebook, etc…

Scam company
If i could rate this company a 0 i would! This so called company is a total scam!! Definitely stay away from them. I ordered an item on April 19, today is May 16 and the item hasn't even shipped yet. 3 emails and 2 phone calls, both with no response.

No return policy for faulty products
I purchased a shoulder massager from Homelae which broke from normal use within a week. This was a Christmas present so had gone over the 30 days return policy however the product was unfit for use and Homelae have refused any obligation to replace it or refund the cost despite several requests. Stay clear of this company, save your money for companies with a conscience.
