I was searching for a wheelbarrow tube where the air attachment comes out slightly sideways. This was shown on your add picture. On the tube that arrived the air attachment came out directly at the bottom. That was why my previous tube failed.

Non existent customer support
**** this is not true … i was NOT talking to Pat so I don’t know where you got that information . ****I inadvertently ordered the wrong product online and only realised when I got the email invoice the next morning. I immediately called the office to be told I had to call “the online orders number “ (why the first call I made could not have delt with this is beyond me )which I did … 4 times … no response , I left a voicemail to please not dispatch my order until I had spoken to someone . No reply back . My incorrect order was then dispatched . My voicemail had still been unanswered and I have the incorrect purchase . Dreadful service . I will never order from Homeland again

Your order has been despatched on Saturday and our customer service team works Monday - to Friday 9am-5.30pm. My colleague Pat missed your calls but he rang you back and advised, that it is too late to cancel your order as the package has already been despatched. He also advised not to accept this delivery so the item will be sent back to the sender and once received, we will issue credit.
