Good design and price but black of clean instructions for an easy insrallation

Very nice light. Small upgrade to the specification was handled with speed. Contact with customer service was very easy and staff very friendly.

paid for express shipping, ended up waiting more than a month to get the lamp.... lamp is not even close to what was advertised, poor chinese quality and materials...talking about the pendant modern light... wouldnt reccomend if you are looking for a semi premium product...

They responded to an email regarding a small delay in delivery (due to Christmas holidays) and the parcels were received in perfect condition.

Great products and a fantastic customer service

I ordered and received 2 Dynamic Surface Acrylic Orb Pendant Lights, they are beautiful, the colors are amazing and the quality is higher than i expected.
There was a bit of delay due to Holidays season, but they both arrived in perfect condition.

Hawful experience, expensive "quick" delivery, we ended up receiving the two lamps after almost 2 months. One of them with missing parts, so I needed to wait for them. Also, none of the lamps has instructions. I wouldn't recommend this online shop to even my enemies. The lamps look nice, but I still haven't installed them. Quality is not good, and packaging is poor.

When my package tracking wasn't working, their support team responded quickly and kept me well informed. What impressed me most was their proactive approach, they immediately sent a replacement package without me having to ask for it.

The communication was excellent throughout with regular updates. Even after delivery, they followed up to confirm I received everything.

The lamp is beautiful and as described.

Unfortunately I had not benn at home when the delivery company arrived and my package was retained at the nearest post office.

The customer service team sent me an email with the details to ask whether everything is ok? They are up-to-date and really conscientious.

The lamp is fabolous and it was not easy to choose fromk the wide range of stock.

I ordered two Art Deco Bauhaus Style lamps and I love them! Before processing the order I contacted the customer service and they were very helpful.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They don't have a phone number and they only sent me half of the order. They won't respond to my email. There is absolutely no way to track the order. I've lost over 150 Euros!!!!
