Beatrice and the rest of the Villa Teloni team made this week the best in my life. The Villa itself is breathtaking, set in the Italian countryside, far away enough from the tourist sites, but close enough to visit sites like Assisi, Perugia, and the Adriatic coast. From the moment I stepped foot on the Villa grounds, I was blown away. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the main house was much bigger than I imagined. The Villa offered everything we needed and more and still maintained that Italian rustic charm with modern amenities. We stayed in the Villa for week where we had the most beautiful wedding we could have dreamed of. Beatrice helped us every step of the way, from planning a rehearsal dinner pasta party, an incredible wedding, and a hangover curing pizza party. Beatrice gave us great recommendations for caterers, flowers, music, photographers, and hair and makeup. I can not thank Beatrice enough for the work she has done and the experience she has given me and my family. Wish I never left! Can not wait to come back and visit!

Reliable and supportive service. No issues

Really really nice house and pool. Had everything you needed and a little more. There is the most beautiful view and you can really enjoy the peace. There are not many tourists and if you want to experience something you have to drive min. 45 minutes. For us, that was the only downside. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children and we had a great time.

Villa Teloni was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly caring and gracious, welcoming our group of 38 Americans with open arms for a 5-day stay we’ll never forget. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning—beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodations, and the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The villa was beautiful and well located a few minutes from Perugia. The owner was lovely and made us feel welcome.

Villa Vita was a modern and luxurious space to be in. Greeted by the owners and nothing was too much trouble.House spotlessly clean as was pool which had the sun on it all day. Later the front garden was a beautiful place to sit and watch the sun go down. The gardens are lit at night creating a wonderland effect and you can see the lights of Assisi in the distance.i would recommend Villa Vita to anyone

A lovely villa filled with history yet equipped for modern living with all we needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of indoor and outdoor spaces and a wonderful pool area. The location was excellent, between the mountains and the sea allowing us to explore the Teramo province very easily.

It is a great house with al facility’s , swimmingpool and beautiful garden( a little bit of work there ) the only thing what’s missing is airconditioned sleepingroons.
Ventilators kept us ok.

One of the best villas we have ever been. Beautiful garden with great clean pool and a lot of places to chill during hot days. Inside of the villa it’s very specious and well equipped for a big group of friends or families. The only thing missing is air conditioning but each room has ventilator which helps a lot.

The Villa was exemplary , Air conditioning in every bedroom except top two smaller rooms.(Large fans supplied)
It would of been nice in the TV room.
Kitchen had everything .
WIFI ,the normal complaint, Not enough reach around the house and limited bandwidth at times It would of been nice to have a booster at the pool side and outside tables.
Pool was brilliant,cleaned regularly ,without it, the week would of been a disaster,
Not a location for youngsters (teenagers) as nothing for them to do (and low bandwidth) . It was oppressively hot in July with an average of 38 Degrees everyday , It made walking around hill towns a no go in the middle of the day where temperatures crept into the 40`s. You defiantly need a car to travel around. Lovely Pizza /Restaurant just down the road.

Big help from our villa host (Virginia). She explained everything on arrival and was very helpful during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Sofia in Umbria, and the staff at Homelike Villas was terrific to work with. The reservation process was very thorough and easy, and the Villa Sofia was as beautiful as the pictures depicted it to be! The owners, Daniella and Aldo, did everything in their power to make sure that we had a wonderful stay in their lovely home, which we all appreciated--they even shared their home-made wine and olive oil with us! And the agency assigned us a fabulous travel consultant, Lorenzo, who texted with me regularly before our stay to arrange transportation, in-villa chef meals and cooking classes, and day trips---thank you so much Lorenzo! I would recommend Homelike Villas to anyone who would like to stay in a beautiful villa in the Italian countryside!
