I’d give zero if i could! I rang and they quoted £49 for the job, they said they can open the lock without damaging it or the door depending on the mechanism, they never mentioned about callout charge. Anyway, this eastern-european guy turned up, very rude and quite frankly not helpful at all. He tried using this piece of plastic to release the latch, he didn’t put any effort at all. He told me, he will have to destroy the lock and put a new one and quoted me £200! I said I didn’t that kind of money at this time, he then said i can pay £100 in cash and the rest in card. He was very intimidating. I asked if i could have a go with the piece of plastic and i managed to open it MYSELF the first time. He was still charging £49 for doing nothing at all other than intimidate me into paying more.

Another 150 to drill a snappable lock that took a few mins
30 for a 3£ lock
£20 to screw in the 3£ lock which took 2 seconds. Absolute moronic company that would cost less if they just broke into your house and robbed all your stuff.

I called to be informed that the call out few would be £59. The total went up by another £91 for drilling 2x holes in the lock which took less than 30 second. Not to mention he had a cordless drill charged and a metal bit ready to go.

Feel this was expensive and a shock to the system when I was informed of this. The work was completed before the total was agreed, on the phone prior I was informed it would be £59 unless a new lock was installed.

Bob works really hard. And he did a perfect job. Thank you very much! He solved the problem and he is really kind.

We had our lock redone in an emergency by Bob. He was really friendly and replaced the lock very quickly and very professionally, there was no damage to the surrounding door, it looked perfect!

Just want to say a big big thankyou to Michael who came to my rescue yesterday, shut the door with my keys in the lock inside. Got the door open and put me a new lock on soooo happy. Excellent services for homelocksmith.
I was locked out late in the evening and Martin from Homelocksmith arrived in less then 30 minutes of my initial call. He explain everything very friendly and professional. In a fee minutes from his arrival I was back in my house. I was extremely pleased with his job and with the fact that he double checked if that was my place and if I was allowed to gain entry. Very satisfied with them.
I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I have any problems I definitely know who to call

Came back from holiday to discover I had shut my keys in the flat. Bob came out literally 15mins after I called. The whole job was done so quickly. Bob was great. Could have been stressful but want at all.
