Do not trust this organisation

I was told on the phone an emergency locksmith would be at my property in 30 minutes. An hour later, no-one had come and when I called them to enquire, they hadn't even arranged for someone to come. This organisation is poorly run and the website claim that someone will come in 30 minutes is not true. The person who answered the phone also said 30 minutes, but did not contact me to say there was no-one available. They also made claims that were not true. A shoddy organisatiom which does not deliver and is openly deceitful. Do not use them.
