Super happy with the experience, everything was invidually wrapped in bubble wrap! Nothing came in broken even though the package came from all the way in the US! Impressed

Order was processed quickly, transport informatikn given and goods arrived in good time. The product is as advertised and of good quality.

I had ordered a japanese rice cooker from homeloft.ch and the support team were very alert and considerate when they contacted me to inform that the device would need a 230-120V converter, and if I would confirm to continue with the order. They even offered a discount if I chose to continue but I declined as the converter would be quite bulky. The support team were very understanding and within a few days, the refund was back in my account. Although the website could have listed the devices as operating on 120V (I have suggested as much in feedback), the customer support was excellent, so 5 stars for that.

Unsafe website or customer Database, received hundreds of phishing mails after ordering.

They order your purchase at Temu or Amazon and sell it to you for close to double price.

I am very happy with the product I have ordered. But I really thought it will arrive from Switzerland. The shipping took much longer than I thought. It came from USA.

I ordered a board for a Christmas present on the 3rd of December. I then get a message a week before xmas saying it won’t be dispatched before the 24 December to the 6th jan.
So disappointing and over a month for dispatch? Ridiculous!

We ordered a Peppa Christmas Tree Figure for our grandchildren. It‘s very beautifull and valuable. The delivery took some time, but it‘s worthwhile. One suggestion: better description (e.g. material) on the website.

Quick and efficient

The product absolutely met my expectations! Delivery, however, was rather slow. After you had put it into DHL‘s capable (?) hands it was kept laying around in some poky warehouse in the state of NJ for about a week before someone mercifully put it on a plane. After arrival in ZRH it took several days again before finally being delivered to my home. This could have been done much quicker in IMHO.

I ordered a piece which was unexpectedly overpriced despite being heavily discounted however knowing the brand, the order was made inspite of my doubts. The confirmation was also non-typical and no delivery previsions were made. After 7 days of silence I went onto the net, read awful reviews, checked my cc account and noted that the debit was made immediately and checked HL site for order updates. There were none. I checked out the product - still online and its price increased twice in two hours. I phoned the number on the Swiss site - engaged so I looked up the number on annuaire suisse - no such number exists. I replied to their confirmation to cancel and ask for a rebate - the mail came back so have sent it to another online. Fingers crossed... However I also searched the net for the same product in Switzerland which I usually do before ordering and found it at half the price. In the States it sells at $22, in UK £23 and in Switzerland 33chfrs - while I paid 68ch... I am usually wiser and from now on will always "check out" Trustpilot as well as for lower prices. 24.10. The plot thickens - HL did not read my mail and advised me this morning that the goods had already left the USA - no advise that the goods came from the USA and while their "DHL" link advises that it has left the country, after having phoned DHL they advised me that my tracking number was not valid so neither is the link given secure. All their numbers and links are invalid so be aware! 25.10. All HomeLoft sites have the same problems and same answers to enquiries - they belong to a large group Handelnine Global who also owns 9th Avenue, Toys Central, Direct Nine, Ninefit among others....

The Descriptions of the listed items were accurate and generally comprehensive. Shipping was very timely.
The web pages use could be improved in a way that once an item is clicked on for details returning to the main page does not make you lose the last viewed position and not have to each time copy the link of the item to avoid this problem.

I ordered a desk, and the website glitched while taking my payment and it took a while to receive a confirmation. I then checked the reviews online and saw some mixed reviews so I did get anxious about whether I was getting scammed but I spoke with a representative Zarina who was very communicative, the desk was sent Via DHL which once I got confirmation I was confident everything was ok. The desk arrived really quickly and it made it a lot easier to ship it to Switzerland because the range of desks wasn’t very good otherwise.

Very happy with the outcome and customer service despite my initial anxiety, it there is something in particular that you like that you couldn’t get elsewhere I would say go for it

One of the worst Customer Services I have ever dealt with. I bought an item in the swiss website with swiss francs (not even knowing it is part of an american company) to be delieveres and used in Switzerland. The item they sent me was not usable in Switzerland without a voltage converter that would be as big as the device itself. They delay any acceptable solution to their own mess, and even put on the costumer the organisational and financial onus of returning a very expensive and heavy item that didn't correspond to the most basic expectations to start with. Avoid buying here to avoid extra stress and what feels like a scam online retailer.
