Do not order off this company

Do not order off this company! Horrible experience with them. I ordered a product and they emailed me about a week later to say the product was no longer in stock and they offered me a different product instead. I said no and please refund me the money. They ignored my email and sent me a message saying they would give me a voucher. I emailed again and requested the refund AND AGAIN THEY IGNORED MY INSTRUCTIONS and asked if I’d like a voucher. Stay well away from this business!

Tried to Pass of USA Electric Product for Irish 220v!

Bought electric device taking care to purchase from .ie domain with Irish telephone number. It didn't help. The product came from USA, 110v power with US plug. They told me to use "adapter". I explained it drew enough power to make using an "adapter" or "converter" dangerous. They swore it would be safe.

If you read the other reviews this causes fires!

The company then fought me to give me refund.

Originally they lied saying they had shipped the product. When I tried to track it the system indicated they created a shipping label but never shipped the product.

This company does not deal honestly, they are rude, evasive, originally claiming they had an Irish warehouse before finally admitting they ship from New Jersey USA.

I bought a schenley steamer mop

I bought a steamer mop. After I bought it they informed me it was American voltage and that I’d need a step down converter. But gave no more information on voltage etc. it took weeks for the item to arrive I bought the end of October and it arrived Christmas week. Then the step down converter didn’t work, it started smoking, I nearly electrocuted myself. I requested to return the item after many back and forth emails. They said I had to post it back to the USA even though on their page it says they’re EU based AND They said they would only pay for 21€ of the return postage. I wouldn’t have bought the item if I knew it was coming from the USA. It cost me to €64 euro to send to the US untracked as if I got it tracked it would’ve cost more than the mop itself . Anyway it ended up being returned posted to me cause I had to pay customs for the USA. At this stage I had already spend €64 euro on postage and €50 euro on a step down converter I was so annoyed. I requested a refund but only when I mentioned and sought advice from consumer rights they offered to refund me without having to return the item. BUT they only offered the refund in the form of a voucher. Had to put my foot down and eventually here we are the middle of February and I finally have a refund to my card.

Bought Hamilton Beach electric can…

Bought Hamilton Beach electric can opener. Did inform me it was coming from America. Didn't inform product was American voltage. Weeks behind. Cost a over €100 . I bought voltage device from amazon plugged can opener in and it almost went on fire. Don't anything from this company.

AVOID

The product I received was not as described and arrived faulty—poorly made and literally falling apart. I contacted customer service to arrange a return, as I believe I’m entitled to one given the item is defective. However, they’ve shown little interest in taking responsibility.

They initially offered €123 towards return shipping, but the actual cost I was quoted came to nearly €400. Why should I be out of pocket for returning a faulty item they sent me?

Then, to make matters worse, they offered a refund of €234.16 so I could “fix” the issues locally—absolutely outrageous. I shouldn’t have to repair something that arrived damaged.

I don’t want this faulty product, and I certainly don’t want any further dealings with a company operating like this. I want a full refund, not partial compensation or excuses.

Avoid this website at all costs. They charge full price for items shipped from China that you could buy elsewhere for half the cost—and when things go wrong, they do nothing to make it right. I’m still waiting for a proper resolution, but at this point, it’s clear they care more about keeping your money than doing the right thing.

Do not shop... AVOID

I strongly advise against shopping with HomLoft. My experience has been extremely frustrating. It took nearly three months for my order to arrive, and the only response I received during that time was to “please wait.”

When the item finally arrived, it came from China—despite the website claiming the product is made in the U.S. On top of the delay, I had to pay additional customs fees.

The product itself is of shockingly poor quality. The materials used are flimsy, and the build is so weak it feels like it could fall apart at any moment. I could have purchased the same vanity unit on AliExpress for a fraction of the price—and likely with similar or better quality.

I'm now attempting to return the item, but based on the overall experience, I don’t have much confidence in a smooth return process or receiving a refund.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—avoid this website.

Great product & working well

Great product & working well. The only drawback is that the plug is 2pin American style which didn’t expect. Had to get an adaptor for it. Otherwise satisfy with product.

The order was not delivered

The order was not delivered even after two months, and customer service keeps saying it will be delivered in 4-5 days. The company also refused to refund the order. It looks like a fraudulent company.
