Homeloft kept me updated on the delivery time. The product itself was fantastic quality. Easy to follow instructions resulting in a professional finish. I would definitely use this company again. 10/10 many thanks

A rubbish, inefficient company

After two and a half weeks waiting I have still not heard a word from the company about my delivery. You call and they do not answer and the line is cut. Do not use them or trust them. I am about to cancel my order. I hope I get my money back

This is not a UK based company

This is not a UK based company. They are based in US with their customer service in India. I ordered express delivery and a week later hadn't received anything. I have since cancelled the order on discovering they are not UK based.

Scam company

Bought a loo brush. Doesn’t even fit together so doesn’t work at all. Really flimsy materials - absolute rubbish. This company is a scam

They came up with the goods!

I am not sure of the business model they operate but they certainly delivered! I was a bit concerned as it was obvious they weren't based in UK despite their address. It took a while to ship the product, but whenever I contacted them by email or phone they always responded quickly and this was very reassuring. The part I ordered for my warm air heater would have been very difficult to source if it wasn't for this company - so glad I now have the part.

Do not shop with this company

Do not shop with this company! Bought a coffee machine and after receiving it we immediately realised we needed to send it back. Contacted them instantly by email which they took days to reply. Then they tried offering us a discount to which we said no. Then 4 days after our original email they have replied saying we only have 7 days to return the item from our first email.
Additionally even though they are masquerading as a British company it turns out they are a really American and you have to return your item to America. The cost to return this item is costing us £160. Mind blown. We tried to call their customer services helpline but just got through to what sounded like an inaudible Indian call centre, so that was about as helpful as a paper bag for carrying rocks.
So now we are paying 100’s of pounds just to try and ensure that we get some of our back.
As I said avoid at all cost.
