During my stay, what really stood out was the excellent upkeep of the house. It was crystal clear that the landlords took immense pride in maintaining the property in tip-top condition. I felt like they genuinely cared about making it the best it could be. Whenever anything came up that needed attention, they were fast in sorting it out, which meant I could live there without a worry in the world. The landlords weren't just professional; they were also incredibly friendly, helpful, and reliable. They made the whole experience feel like I was living among friends.

A lovely couple who care for the house and for their tenants. Absolutely responsive with any issue either with the room or common areas. As a result, the rooms and common areas, including garden are in fantastic condition.

A warm friendly couple who made me welcome and I enjoyed my stay with them. Room was immaculate and any issue were addressed immediately, also enjoyed many hours relaxing in the garden and reading. Easy walking distance to Epsom town centre and plenty of free car parking outside or near by.
