I ordered 15/01 and paid for 24 hour delivery. As of 22/01 I have not received my order. I contacted to ask for an update on the order but have received no response.

Ordered on the 10th Jan. Have had no communication from the seller. Emailed and tried using the chat service. No one has answered or replied. Doesn't look as though these items are arriving even though paid for so will order from somewhere else. Avoid at all costs.

No issues with the treats themselves (for my bunnies) but have ordered twice now and both times there’s been issues with the time taken to deliver. First took nearly 3 weeks and my message to check on progress was not replied to. Now my second order (ordered on 30 December) has yet to arrive. Have messaged and no reply. Appreciate that this time of year can affect delivery schedules. But that doesn’t account for messages going unacknowledged with no reply back.

I use the squires gate Blackpool branch for my two little Yorkshire terriers and they really do care and knows all about dogs. I use them for my dogs booster and nurse check also for their teeth. It's expensive but what vet isn't. I find you can get almost anything in the pet shop and they do their best to get it in stock. The receptionists are also very helpful so I know my dogs get the best care.

Lovely selection - they loved the oat treats!! They are a good size and also didn’t arrive broken which was a plus. I will be coming back for more!
