I got the wrong merchandise. I order tools and haven,t received no tools. It,s been 2 months
Please cancel my order.

Immoral, unethical, and you never receive what you ordered. A long tedious process to resolve the matter.
Don’t know how they get away with their scams and are able to trade.

Order a set of 20V cordless combo consisting of electric drill / saw / blower etc.
They sent a 15x 15 inflatable pad not worth 50 cents.
I should have read the reviews here beforehand. My fault for falling for the scam.

I ordered a COMFORTER SET for $29.9US ( included postage) AND ALL I GOT WAS ONE- YES 1 Pillow Case.
Don't fall for it - unfortunately it seems I am not the only one. Look for Reviews ANYWHERE before you buy from an unknown Seller.
So many scammers out to take our Hard earned $$ - it pitiful - The these people have no second thoughts about ripping people off.

I forgot to mention they offered to give me a 30% refund what a joke - but first I would have to return the Pillow Case at my expense!!!

Same scam. Ordered a hammock for $30
Sent a cheap ring instead. Offered me a 30 percent refund or I could ship the ring back for a refund. Shipping would be $20. Don't fall for this!!!

Total rip off company. Money taken quickly, nothing sent.

Now both my father and I ordered 12 piece electric tool kits from this company for $29.99 probably a fortnight apart. After an interminable weight I actually received was a small air cushion not a set of electric tools and them became embroiled in what I thought was a email battle to get a refund:
Round 1 - $10 refund proposed with request to return product at my cost - I guess some settle at this stage
Round 2 -$15 refund offered and no requirement to return the delivered item with advice this is the best they can do - I guess most settle at this stage
Round 3 - $25 refund offered
Round 4 - full refund offered subject to dispute not being raised with paypal to be paid within 3-5 working days - refund processed and now back in my account.

So we sent a message chasing my Fathers order seeking clarification whether or not what had been dispatched was what had been ordered or infact another small inflatable cushion. We go a response offering a £10 dollar refund with exactly the same working as my initial complaint.
We responded saying we think they gave misunderstood and we are only wanting to clarify if the correct product has actually been dispatched. They offered a $15 dollar refund using exactly the same wording as my second response. We are now convinced that this is an automatic response system have sent some nonsense reply. And so the process as above rolled out again, currently waiting for the refund to be provided although as now expected a small inflatable cushion was delivered to my father.

In short don't use this company their business model is to take your money supply a very cheap product which is not what you ordered and persuade you to accept something less than a full refund

This company is a total rip off. Advertise tools for $19.99 however they sent very cheap plastic pillow worth $2 instead and expect you to be happy. Stay well away unless you want to loose your money. This is why China is getting a bad name they are thieves

BE WARNED - SCAMMER. Ordered an electric power washer will attachments, waited over a month to receive it. Chased numerous times by email and got the same reply this is your 'tracking number ......, any problems please contact us again'
What I received with the same product code and tracking number was a very small plastic cushion. I was ****ing furious. Their customer service is a total waste of time, as far as they are concerned you have took delivery and their not interested.

I ordered a 10 piece 18volt tool kit from Homemoon via a Facebook ad priced at $19.99USD and $9.99 postage thinking this was to good a deal to miss, and I was right, what arrived was a small package with an air cushion in, as they say if a deal is to good to be true then it probably is. Am trying to get money back and will go through PayPal and will also complain to Facebook.com

Mechanical tool set, 3 drawer storage boxes set mid June 2020, with this company they were very prompt in sending out confirmation of order and tracking no which I checked on a daily basis it's arrival in uk. Today, I received a small packet, which I thought was 'odd' as the only package I was expecting was the 232 Pc. Mechanical tool set, 3 drawer storage boxes set. Upon opening the packet it contained (1) ONE air cushion!!! Who orders 1 air cushion, I thought??? When I checked details on packet, to my HORROR this was my in fact my order and Tracking no!!! After several expletives #@%&, I immediately fired off an email and am awaiting a response. I note on their website 'homemoon' they have an UK address however item was dispatched from zhongtian, Beijing!! I've VOWED that I will NEVER buy anything from CHINA again, as they can't be TRUSTED to deliver and it's a waste of time, money and effort to get anything that looks like DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! please keep away cant be trusted scam big scam too

Today, I received a small packet, which I thought was 'odd' as the only package I was expecting was the Comforter set. Upon opening the packet it contained (1) ONE PILLOWCASE!!! Who orders 1 Pillowcase, I thought??? When I checked details on packet, to my HORROR this was my in fact my order and Tracking no!!! After several expletives #@%&, I immediately fired off an email and am awaiting a response. I note on their website 'homemoon' they have an UK address however item was dispatched from Guangzhou, China!! I've VOWED that I will NEVER buy anything from CHINA again, as they can't be TRUSTED to deliver and it's a waste of time, money and effort to get anything that looks like DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
