Not really helpful in seeking the information I was after
I had asked for some what I thought was pretty specific information and that's not what I got. It was basically just a link that I had already used a number of times. It felt like a threw away answer. Like I called up asking certain questions and it's like here's your answer which really didn't apply very much to what I was asking. So I won't bother calling back again.
