I purchased a beautiful wool duvet and it has become my favorite thing. It’s custom and the craftsmanship is beautiful. The cotton fabric is smooth and comfy and the wool is both cooling and warm. I love that Home of Wool doesn’t spray anything on the blanket so there’s no need to wash before use. And it smells nice. It’s an everyday item on my bed. I love my wool duvet!

ordered a 3" firm mattress for my child's upper bunk of her bed. at first it seemed it was not properly sized, but i was reassured by the team that it just needed time to decompress and expand - surely enough after a bit of pressing (and fun jumping) the mattress was perfect. really happy with the product. delivery does take some time, as it is made-to-order but that is okay if not in a hurry. understand it is quality materials, but it is on the pricier side. wish the price was a bit more affordable, so we can switch all of our bed's to this style mattress. will most likely purchase another of the same in the future.

The bumpers we ordered are exactly what we needed for my baby’s crib. She moves a lot in her sleep and would have been up against and with limbs hanging through the bars… that just wasn’t going to work for anyone’s sleep or sanity. There didn’t seem to be anything on the market here in the U.S. that was a natural material - all mesh and foam and synthetics. Was super pleased to find home of wool and rest assured my little girl can sleep comfortably in her crib now with natural, breathable materials.

This company’s customer service is below bare minimum!
First of all, I had ordered a mattress that is supposed to be suitable for international standards for babies and infants.
The mattress originally had said that the divots would be very shallow. The divots are so thick. They’re almost 2 1/2 inches where a baby’s head can fall in and be restricted. If a baby had to be stuck in a divot, the baby wouldn’t be able to move their head in order to spit up and would choke. And no the mattress I ordered I clearly specified that it’s from birth to 1 year! Mostly all crib mattresses are good for at least one year! This mattress is definitely not approved for SIDS. I explained that they need to provide me with a new mattress or with something that would fill the divots. They did not offer me any solution other than to buy at only a 30% discount more products from them. Such as the mattress protector. Which is another $200 cad dollars!
The customer service and care was without a doubt the worst I’ve experienced. Most companies would have offered to offer replacement solutions not make a customer pay more money to fix a problem. I’m a very reasonable customer and this was a huge disappointment.
My baby was born, and I was left with a mattress that was unuseable!!!! I was devastated, and the stress was extreme.

I ordered the HomeofWool Floor Sleeping Mat which is advertised as making sleeping on hard floors comfortable. I have used this sleeping mat several times on a wood floor and I wake up throughout the night due to sore hips and shoulders (I am a side sleeper). I am a fairly small person at 5 feet 2 inches and about 115 pounds (and I do not have shoulder/hip issues in general). A week ago, I wrote a review similar to this one for 3-stars on the HomeofWool website and they did not post it. The only posted reviews are for 5-stars. It is disingenuous and a poor sales tactic not to show the full suite of feedback for an expensive product which would enable potential customers to be aware of the pros and cons. The floor mat appears to be well constructed, but it is truly too thin for its advertised use (particularly if it is your only sleeping padding). Customers should be able to share this feedback with others considering spending so much money, particularly when this customized item is non-returnable. And, the product should be thicker if advertised as being comfortable for hard floors.

If you want custom, look for somewhere else, they can’t get it right. they claim to be made to order but they can’t even get the measurements right. Like how are you going to promote that you can make paddings for cribs and not know the measurements. Waste of time asking me to measure then canceling because they wouldn’t get it right. So why offer or waste customers time when you can’t get it right?

In addition to a wonderful product, Home of Wool also offers fantastic customer service. Something went wrong with the delivery (not Home of Wool's fault) and they were so helpful and quick to respond.

The blanket was quality…I’m not happy with all the fuzzies but I know with time the blanket will get better and wool will always get better. As far as service, HoW fixed a shipping issue quicker than any company I’ve dealt with so kudos to them for that.

I had an AMAZING experience ordering a custom Ikea Buskbo chair cushion from Home of Wool. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It took several emails back and forth to finalize the measurements, and Krisi from customer service was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

When my order arrived, one cushion didn’t fit perfectly, but I was able to adjust the wool inside to make it smaller, and Home of Wool made another cushion cover and shipped to me. Problem solved! The craftsmanship is absolutely superb, and the cushion is so comfortable to sit on.

This is my second order from them, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Home of Wool for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding customer service!
