Communication was prompt and I appreciated the tracking with the Royal Mail from the time it left UK to the day of deliver. And the book arrived safely. I had no idea it could take a week to get from UK to US, but that's how the mail goes.

good morning, when a product is advertised online your customer trusts that on purchasing this product the product is indeed available and will be delivered promptly. when I bought Michal yagir 's book at a rather expensive price I saw there was one book left. I promptly went ahead and bought it. to then receive an email saying this is out of stock and I need to wait for it to be back in stock is unacceptable. How long will this take?Meanwhile you have my money and for now I have no book. So the complaint is I bought a book which you did not have to sell....had I known this I would have bought it elsewhere. thank you.
