Faulty handset charger supplied and no response to emails requesting assistance.
I ordered an additional handset and charger cradle for my BT Studio Plus 4100. When I received it, I attempted to charge the batteries in the handset using the cradle. The attempt failed. The charging light on the cradle which should have been steady continually flickered on and of and there was a repeated beeping sound similar to the one that the charger on teh base station emits just once when the handset is placed on it. Homephonesonline say email them if there is a problem and they will attempt to resolve the issue or, if not possible, give instructions for return. I have emailed them three times over the course of the last 21 days and have received neither acknowledgement nor reply. I perhaps should have been wary of a company which sells homephones but does not give out a contact telephone number!
