I found the company on Instagram, I have had some bad experiences with online homeware stores, but not in this case. My order was dispatched swiftly, and the quality was excellent on all items I received. I will be ordering more for my new home in the new year.

Really nice LED candles. Sadly one of the 3 were broken and they were happy to give me a partial refund so the customer service was amazing even with the Black Friday rush.

Lovely items, good value and fast delivery.
I did have an issue with getting a response for a return however it appears my email had gone to junk so a genuine error and reason for delay. The issue was then resolved promptly upon leaving a review here stating the disappointment.

I am very happy with the eucalyptus stems I purchased. The quality is really fantastic. I went to a few retail outlets and could not find anything as lovely as the ones I bought from Homepieces. I also bought the artichoke ornament.. it's really stunning. Thank you for the great service as well. Will definitely be shopping here again. Absolutely love the range of products available.

Wonderful owner, my first package got lost in post and she was very tentative in chasing up the delivery company for me. Turns out the tracked package was deemed lost and she offered to repost another package for me on her own expense. Very kind and helpful lady! Would highly recommend purchasing from them again!
