I ordered an item from Home Pizza Ovens paid £69.00 They didn’t get the item instock so I cancelled the order. They agreed to give me a refund as the item never came into their stock. 3 months Ive been fighting for my refund and no luck. That tells me this business can not be trusted and its integrity is ZERO. Maybe they wont honour any guarantees either. NOT A COMPANY TO TRUST!

Ordered from this company and no communication from them to inform me that the product was not in stock. Rang them with promises...nothing. Have asked for a refund twice....nothing

Ordered some bits, never arrived. No responses to phone or email.

Do not use!

Disgusting attitude, Don't buy, you will not be able to get your item or refund, only way I am proceeding after more than 6 months, is the small Claims court, All emails phone calls ignored, they will always refund you in 7 days but refund never arrives, Avoid at all cost, Scammers. Co. UK Should be their company name

I ordered a Solidteknics 18cm Iron Skillet which was out of stock at the time. Dan kept me informed and always answered my questions promptly around the delivery schedule as the pan was coming from outside the UK. The Skillet arrived on time so happy customer. Thank you.

I ordered an Alfa Ciao from HomePizzaOvens, after a very good review in the Telegraph. It was only after I placed my order did I notice the negative reviews on Trust Pilot, and I became very worried as a result. I must say though, my experience was completely different. Dan at HomePizzaOvens replied quickly to all my questions (even during the weekend) and he arranged a very prompt delivery. In addition, Dan was available at the end of the phone whenever I needed him to be. The pizza oven arrived and was delivered to where we needed it, and all instructions etc included. Overall, a very good experience and to be recommended. Rgds / Jonathan

In summary- a nightmare from beginning to end!!
Ordered over £1000 worth of kit from this company in July, items were not in stock, but this was not stated on the website. Only half of it was delivered by August, but only after me chasing them for updates.
By November, still not received the rest of the order, with zero contact from the company to update. Then had to send multiple emails and ensue a lot of bull*** to try and obtain a refund!
Please do not order from Homepizzaovens, a shameful excuse for an online business.

Months have passed and no sign of my item or a refund. I’ve had to refer this to PayPal to try and resolve and get my money back. As others have
said avoid this company at all costs! Or it will cost you!

Avoid at all costs!!

I purchased a pizza peel on the 9th August 23 after seeing home pizza oven had them for sale.
After a few days I was yet to receive an email regarding the shipping.
I called them and left multiple emails asking for an update on my order.
The number provided just kept ringing out or going to voicemail.
I then sent home pizza ovens an email for another update to which I still had no response.
Finally "Sam" replied stating there was a delay on the shipment from Italy but insisted the shipment should be here the following week.
There was no mention the item was not in stock at rhe time of purchase.
On that basis I proceeded with the order.
We are now 2 weeks past that so I chased Sam up again for an update.
He apologied for not replying to my email sooner but he had taken a "few days off" and suggested he should issue a refund until the shipment arrived.
Sam has now completely ignored further emails and calls regarding the refund.
Over 5 weeks now - no pizza peel, no refund and no sign of Sam.

Do NOT part with you money as you will not receive your order, your refund or your reply from Sam.

Terrible customer service. Actually ignoring phone calls now as going straight to voicemail. Waited over 6 weeks for a pizza oven brush of which did not materialise. Got sent an email saying that product would be refunded, that was 10 days ago now & still have not received refund for product. Shall never purchase from these people again. Don’t think my pizza oven brush was even dispatched of which i purchased 7/7/23. Its now 26/08/23 & still not resolved

Terrible customer service, had to chase them to dispatch the item and didn't get a single apology for the delay. Yes got the item in the end after 6 business days from the day I submitted the order, but Will never use them again. I do not recommend them.
